Have prices on IIc+'s doubled in the last couple months?

I generally check in to reverb or ebay every few months to see whats on the market and for many years the prices on IIc+'s and other gear has stayed relatively constant. i just looked again and you have multiple cases of people trying to get 7-10k now. what did i miss? i mean we all know inflation is real but in just a couple months? really?

They are selling!! Don't be fooled, I know many sales have taken place recently that have been $5K+ in mere minutes after being listed. If you have one for sale, I'll buy it.

Lots of "treble hook" fishing going on. Sometimes you can snag a buyer by the gills. This is also a way of driving up the market value, by C+ owners selling amongst each other, at inflated prices.
