So last night I decided to plug into my Roadster, and as usual when I first turn the amp on I cycle through the channels on the footswitch while in standby to help reduce the initial popping sound when you first switch channels after turning the amp on.

When I switched to channel 4 however, I heard this loud clicking/buzzing sound coming from the amp, and it wouldn't stop! When I switched to another channel it would go away. Turned the amp off and on again, same thing happened and it was only happening on channel 4.

I was getting worried, and then decided to re-seat the footswitch cable in the side of the footswitch and the problem went away. :?

So I guess something in the footswitch wasn't making full contact properly to engage channel 4 correctly and caused the relay in the amp to fritz out. Just a theory.

Anyone else run into a similar problem?
