Hi guys! Wanted to get opinions from the forum users regarding some possible changes I had in mind for my guitar rig…I appreciate any inputs in advance! Here's what I currently have :

Furman PC>ISP Decimator >PSA 1.1 >G-force >BBE 482>Rocktron Velocity 300

As you can see I'm all solid state but I'm considering going tube all the way…my dilemma is…Should I replace PSA > Triaxis , Rocktron Velocity 300 > Mesa 2:90 , or should I go for a Mesa Roadster or perhaps a RK2 ?would save me a lot of time just swapping the two units (PSA, Rocktron) as opposed to acquiring a Head which would be extra weight plus costs $. My main concern is the sound! If expending the extra for the Head justifies better sound then I'd be willing to do so…. So based on anyones experience, what would one do if those changes were to be made to the rig mentioned above? Thanks and Godspeed!

What kind of a sound are you going for? The Triaxis is a versatile preamp, but it is more Mark based, where the Roadster and Road King or Rectifiers...two completely different sounds.

That should define your choice.
