Guitar Rack FX question

Hey guys,
I would like to create a rack of Guitar FX, my question is I am using up to 3 amps at once... how would I get those rack effects in ALL of the amplifiers FX Loops? Is there a piece of equiptment that acts as a middle between the FX and amps, that perhaps all of my amps FX loops could run to, and then go from there to the effect so all of the amps get the effect.

I basically just want to run the same FX through more than one FX loop. Maybe the amps FX loops into a mixer and then into the FX?

Another board like this one for Bogner, Diezel and other high end stuff. Dave is under Rack Systems. He builds all kinds of racks for Van Halen and such. He is also a cool dude that has years (if not decades) of advice and experience.
