great recto EQ set up order post- where was it ?

The other day I saw an awesome post on the order to set up a recto eq with your eyes closed and i cant find which thread it was in .

I was drunk at the time and figured I'd find it again but buggered if i can find it :roll:
Anyone know where it was ?
