Gmajor switching the Rectifier Pre

I'm thinking of getting the G Major to use with my Studio Rectifier Preamp because of it's channel switching feature. I was wondering if anyone has successfully gotten the channel switching/solo to work with this setup?

Awesome. Thanks Chris!! Looks like this might be the goer then. I'm so used to programmed sounds so having to hit more than one button for a sound change was freaking me out :lol: plus I have waaaay too much on the floor already :?



And I was going to mention how the xpression doesn't have channel switching so that was out of the equation just for you sombra

Maybe you'll have to design a sombraxpression rack with channel switching :lol:

Chris, I was just wondering if you just used a standard stereo cable to do this? I can't find info on it anywhere. Every other Mesa amp but not this one.

Yes just standard Y stereo cable, one end a stereo jack to G maj and 2 mono jacks at the other end to the recto switching ch 2 and ch 3

You can even do it yourself with stereo cable and connector to sold.

just have to turn the select pot on CH1 so when no relay is on you have ch1 (default) and so...
