Currently mine are;
Tweed/Triode/Class A/Mid Gain

Lead Gain 8 Pulled
Treble 8
Bass 2.5
Middle 5.5
Lead Drive 8
Presence 2.5 pulled

EQ is like...
80 Just above centre line
240 On the centre line
750 A third below the centre line
2200 On the centre line, maybe a hair below
6600 A hair below 750 slider
