Here are the settings I used fro the Mr Scary clip (rhythm was unboosted, lead was clean boosted by a Maxon OD-9):

I have played a Mesa 4x12 at Guitar Center but it isn't the most ideal place to try a cab out. I will reserve my thoughts on the Mesa cab but I will say that I love the oversized Bogner. Mine is the closed back version and is loaded with V30s. It is a terrific match to the Mark IV. For a 2x12, it sounds huge. The increased internal cabinet volume really increases the low end response. It lends more to a bigger sound than an artificial bass boost. I owned a Genz Benz G-Flex 2x12 before this cab and although I liked it I felt it sounded a tad artificial to my ears (it could be the speakers used - GBE 1240-V75 speakers). The Bogner sounds more natural and easily rivals your traditional 4x12 cabs. They are pricey but more than worth it!
