gcx question

I just got my mark v dialed in and want to add it to my rack setup. I figured out how to get the channel switching going with the gcx on the mark but im noticing a slight click / pop when going in between the mark channels. I know the gcx clicks but the sound is coming out of the cab. Any suggestions?

I think I saw something about a sound when using different watt settings on the amp in the V manual. I have about a dozen amps and never heard anything with my GCX / GCP set up.

Is everything grounded properly? How slight are we talking?
