just got the ground control pro (upgraded from rocktron's MIDI mate), and wanted to finally get that tune mute thing working, but still cannot figure out how to program it.
i tried going to MOD > mute tune (on G Major) and then press learning, then tap preset#9 on my ground control, but nothing happens.
what am i doing wrong?
