I am a brand new ED user (2 weeks) and today I've spent all day experimenting with it.
I had a roadster and am definitively happy to have changed it for the Dyne. That's a good point !
This amp is awesome !!!
For a couple of hours I was plugged straight in the Dyne. But then I plugged my TC G-major2 and, hum... it sucks, isn't it ?
Not that the tone is bad, but it is really not as good
I use in some of my songs the pitch shifter and the whammy so I can't play without the G-major.
My question is : maybe The Eventide pitch factor could do the job without altering the sound. Has anybody tried this ? Or maybe has a solution for the G-major (deactivate the loop ?...).
Second thing, I tried 2 OD pedals : the OCD and the BB preamp (oh, really ? ).
But after an hour and a half, I was still hesitate between the 2!!! (and I haven't decided yet). Those pedals are really, really great.
If somebody had the same dilemna as me, please tell me, because I need a reason (exept money) not to buy both...
Thanx, I hope the post is understanding...
