Replace the fuse. If it keeps blowing then your power tubes are shot. BTW, ONLY slo blo.

When you turn on a tube amp , there is a high current surge as the power supply cap's charge . The slo-blo fuse is beefy enough to deal with it for the short amount of time it takes , yet will protect the amp if it draw's damaging amount's of current .
A fast blow of the same rating would foof a lot quicker .
After a certain amount of on/off cycles , it will blow from wear and tear .

I wouldn't use it. There has to be slo-blo fuses around there, check in some electronics shops around town, I bet you can find some. If not, maybe order from Mesa.

I live in México. There are NO slow blow fuses here in my city of 1,000,000 people, can you believe it¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿!!!!!!

Can I use a regular 4 amp fuse though it my go sooner¿¿¿¿¿¿

Or will it damage my amp¿¿¿¿¿

That's not possible. Sometimes says slo-blo. Dunno, if still nothing, order online from a electronics strore.
