I have is an ATA case that I bought to use for the combo, made by Star Cases. It has quite a few scratches on it, and some of the hardware is rusted, but again, structurally the case is sound, and the handles work great. The only issue with it is that one of the casters seems to be mounted unevenly, so you have to roll the case in one direction to avoid having the caster rub the underside of the case. Even when it does happen, the thing only drifts to the side a bit.
Also, it was not originally designed for a Mark IV. The space inside was slightly bigger than the combo I had, so I mounted some foam on the inside that kept the amp from moving around. The case itself seems pretty solid to me, and coupled with the foam that's in there, I'd feel confident that if my combo fell down some stairs in it, it would be perfectly fine.
The inside dimensions are 22.5" wide x 13.25" deep x 20.5" high WITHOUT the foam, and 20.5" wide x 11.5" deep x 18.5" high with the original foam.
I've seen cases on eBay for ~$100, but when I was searching for a case online I came across some people saying they got the eBay ones and that they were really flimsy. Keeping that in mind, I'd like $100 OBO + shipping for the case.
