I am selling a MINT Mesa Boogie Mark V head. It comes with everything it comes with from Mesa:
-Mark V Head

-Midi Cable for Foot Controller Switch
-Slip Cover for head
-Slip Cover for Foot Controller Switch
-Manual & hang tags
This head is under warranty until Feb of 2017! Tubes are great and amp is overall pristine.
