from mark to dc

im looking to replace my mark with something cheaper so i can keep one at home and my practice place. i hear the dc5 is kinda like a little dark mark with a recto bottom end. what do they mean recto bottom end? like huge or like saggy and loose. i really dont want to miss out on any tightness but marks sell for alot nowadays and i think im ready for something new

I've never owned a Mark or Recto but will say the DC-5 I owned and DC-10 I currently own are tight, not saggy. They may be a little darker than some amps, especially a Stiletto, but I really like the sound. When cranked they really sing.
