Footswitch

Hi guys,
does anybody know if mesa footswitches are universal for each unit?
I mean, a friend of mine will lend me a footswitch for single rectifier (solo50), and I need it to change the channels of my Studio Pre..
Ideas?!

http://www.pedalpartsplus.com/ have everything you need. I've never bought anything from them though, I picked up all the parts for my footswitch locally.
