Footswitch needed for 2 channel Recto? Any ideas?

Hi guys I don't wanna fork out the money for a Mesa made footswitch for my 2 channel Recto as they seem pricey for what they are, I was just wondering if there are any alternatives out there? Thanks.

Just about any single button footswitch will work. I've been using an old marshall one.

Any latching type of device/footswitch, such as one from Boss!

You can build one.

You'll need:
An Enclosure - you can request it to be pre-drilled
An LED
Switch
1/4" Jack
You'll also need a resistor. The resistance will be determined by your amps voltage to the footswitch.

I use two Boss Latch pedals.. they attach to each other and the fact that you can change it to light for when it either channel.. it is pretty cool. I am happy.. I have both pedals.. but any latch pedal works.. the fact that I have the pedals attach.. it rocks..
