Two weeks ago i've had my first gig with My mark V.
Just let you guys know my thoughts on it.
I'm playing a head trough a rectifier 4x12 with just a wha, delay and tunner pedal. So the signal was pretty clean. i used a usa deluxe ash telecaster with a seymor duncan hot rails on the bridge.
I was really stunned with the tone, power and definition of it even in high gain modes. I used mainly the Extreme mode.
i found a little weird switching between 2nd (crunch) and 3rd channel (in the same music). the tones didn't quite match. but i guess i have to do a little more tweaking.
Anyway, i think my fender and marshalls are done for good in live gigs.
i'm definitely in the honey moon phase, but i can't imagine it fading for me.
i forgot (stupid) to remove the casters. yet, the low end was so overwhelming and focused.
Everyone was so amazed by the tone i was getting
I really loved it.
Sorry for my english.
