It is a Satriani cover called Back To Shalla Bal.

I mainly looking for advice or suggestions on the snare and kick drums. I know the mixing levels aren't great yet but I will fix that. My hands were sore when I played this (took me 2 fricken hours to mow my lawn).

What do you guys think?

I've got another fun clip I'll post later in the weekend. It will be a blast from the past!

Is that a drum machine? It needs some reverb. Add some compression to the snare and kick after the the rest of the instruments(bass?) are in there to bring them out. Consider spending some time on getting the drums to sound more human. Main offenders, some of the fills, and the non stop click of the high hat. Do some opened to closed high hat for that. The lack of crash's. Man I would put 40 something of those in there. Did I hear any rides in there? Use some ride to give the high hat a break. Maybe some compression and reverb on the cymbals as well to bring them to life. Use your ear! If it sounds odd, fix it. Depart from what it's supossed be and do what you can do in the same groove. Drum tracks usually take as much time as the rest of the song combined, vocals included.
The guitars sound great. No problem there.
