Finally back in the Mesa mark IV owners club

I foolishly sold my mint "B" short head back in 2014 and have missed it dearly. this week I was lucky enough to grab a "Transitional" "B" head #6030
and am extremely happy to have one back in my possession.
since apparently this is a somewhat "rare" version of these heads I am thinking of maybe seeing if I can get it the "onceover" by Mike B
how do you guys get in contact with him and does he still do these "refurbishing's" I don't know if thee is any one in Boston I trust with this one.

got this running through a Friedman 2X12 with V30's now, loving it
I Did some more tube rolling today with this thing.
Power section
4 JJ 6L6's- matched
Now the Preamp section is this
V1- RFT
V2- JJ
V3 - Blackburn Mullard
V4 Amperex Bugle boy
V5 - JJ Balanced
A quick check and the mids sound a little thicker and "chewier with these in there.
Ideally I'd like to swap V1 and V3, but getting V1 into this head without pulling the chassis is a major PITA,
I have that set up in my Splawn and it sounds fantastic, RFT's in the Lead slots kill.

Gratz! I would like to be in the Mark IV club for the first time. I read on another thread that Mike B wasn’t working on Mark IVs any longer, think it was rigtalk.
