Feeler: Anyone have a loaded C+ for sale?

I'm considering selling my own (making a profit since I got it cheap) and picking up a loaded (Simul and EQ) C+ head. Please let me know.

Be VERY careful when buying one of these amps, as they are a prime target for scam artists. The word is out that this is THE Boogie to have. The added EQ models will have the MkIII faceplate. The serial # issue is a bit more tricky. I have a friend with an authenticated (big word) original C+ that has a serial # of 1239x. So, the 12,500 serial# is not a hard line. I got lucky and found my '84 combo about two miles from my house, but my '85 head came from much farther away. Good luck on your quest.

thanks...I know just about every trick they can pull, thanks to guys like you on this board...and hopefully between Boogiebabies and the rest of this board I'd be in good hands.

it's just a feeler mostly. My piece is great, but I'm a bit of perfectionist. If I can bargain for something better, I'd go for it.

The only "bargain" that you will ever find on an authentic C+ is to find someone who doesn't know what they have. . I don't think you will find anyone that has "had enough" of that loaded C+ tone. 8). But miracles do happen.
