has anyone else had problems with fedex and their tracking system? i mean, i'm not having big problems, but it is a pretty big annoyance.

i ordered a case for my 4x12 off ebay. the seller took like a week to ship it, which was ok, considering he said that in the auction it would ship within a week of payment received. i wasn't happy about it, but the case was too good of a deal to pass on.

he sent it fedex from quebec and said it usually takes 2-3 days. i live in central PA, so it shouldn't take too long to get here. i asked him to ship it ASAP because i needed it for this weekend. anyway, he shipped it and overall was a great seller.

fedex on the other hand, is pissing me off. they got the case on tuesday morning. estimated delivery was yesterday (11/1). so i was going to run home over my lunch break and get it. i got on and checked the status before i left, and it had changed and said it would be delivered today (11/2). there have been no updates to the online package track feature, so i called to find out what was going on. they said that it was still enroute to my local warehouse and now won't be here until monday.

it took 2 days to get from the origin point to the next warehouse (syracuse, NY). it left syracuse, NY at 2:30AM yesterday morning and STILL isn't to my local warehouse. and the fact that they can't provide me any more information with what is going on is just frustrating.

i realize it isn't a big deal, but the seller assured me that it would be here by this weekend, and even though it isn't really his fault, he still took a week to ship the case after the product cleared. and now fedex can't give me any answers. :x :x :x

sorry. guess i just needed to vent.
