Anybody here ever use a FATFINGER and tell me if it really makes a difference.For people who don't know what it is,it's a heavy clamp you put on your headstock,it apparently adds mass to your guitar giving it more sustain,but does it work?????

If it is good why anybody use it ?
If you want more sustain buy a violin or put a fernandez sustainer like vai did .

The Fatfinger doesn't make a significant or even noticeable difference, in my experience.

Agreed! Don't waste your money.

I put one on my Strat when it had the original pickups and tuners, and I thought it helped. I've since replaced the tuners with locking ones, which are heavier, but never bothered to take it off.

Now this, THIS makes a HUGE difference! The FatHead from the late 80s.
