That's an awesome video! Thanks for sharing that. I love the guitar tone in the playing too, man it sounds so good....

well that gave me a boner

Me too  Great video and Timmons tone is always amazing.

It's nice to know your amp came from a place where they actually give a crap about what they're doing 8) .

I've always understood this to be true, but seeing it with my own eyes certainly reinforces that fact.

Yep, Trent is my rep, and to be completely honest he is probably the best gear rep we have at Bailey Bros. Only Gibson cares even remotely as much about their product (and really they only come by to count guitars, I think ;) ). He is utterly knowledgeable, very friendly, and does his job very well. Some of the other reps...actually I had the new Gibson guy tell us "they do the maple tops on the firebirds differently now"...I have met the Martin guy once in 21 months working. The Behringer guys are complete jokes...

anyway I digress. Probably shouldn't be talking about all this here anyway.

(as an afterthought I would say Ibanez/Tama have excellent customer service as well)

Great video, I especially like the scene where the tech is fine tuning the amp with a hammer. That's how I get mine to stop humming. :)
