Anybody try the eurotubes kits for the triaxis or 290? I'm curious too if anyone has tried the KT77s in a Heartbreaker. I've been using Boogies for years but I've always used Boogie tubes. Thanks for any input.

i have the high gain low output option kit from eurotubes, very pleased with their products. lots of gain and clarity compared to the old mesa tubes i had before. original tubes didn't have a lot of hours on them, just age since the previous owner didn't gig out with it and just kept his triaxis/290 underneath household junk.

give eurotubes a try, have all my amps retubed from them, all with good results to my ears.

i did a full retube on my triaxis and 2:90 with the high gain set(triaxis) and standard matched set(2:90) and i love them. gave my high gain settings more lively harmonics and sound much more natural and less sterile than the stock mesa tubes.

so far eurotubes hasnt let me down, and they answered all my questions with confidence before i committed to buying from them.

you retubed your triaxis AND 2:90 at the same time???? how much did that set you back! that's a lot of tubes to replace all at once! curious, what type of 12ax7 did he send with your 2:90?

retubed my mark 4 and blues junior all from eurotubes, very pleased with their tube amp kits.

Thanks for the input guys :) I have a kit for my AC15H1 from them and I'm considering getting a kit for my Supersonic as well, I've just always used Mesa tubes for my Mesa amps and I wanted to hear from people who have used tubes other than Mesa's.
