from the embossed leathers that i have seen they look more durable than all the leather options. I actually ordered the tan croco with a Bubinga hardwood front panel roadking 2. But the ones at the mesa boogie store in hollywood looks really nice. I suggest just go for it and when your touring or doing gigs just do what i did and get a ata case.
