Electra Dyne FX Loop... settings on pedals? Line/Instrument?

I recently got an Electra Dyne. I have a Timefactor and Modfactor in the loop (as well as an Ernie Ball volume and Spark Mini Booster). I was wondering if the loop was line or instrument level, and as a result, where should the switches on the pedals be set? Line I'm presuming?

Thoughts?

All my rack units using the effects loop are at line level. That includes a G Major and a BBE.

In every amp I am aware of, loops are post-preamp, which gains up the signal from instrument to line level. In Mesa amps, the preamp output can often be much hotter than standard "Line", but for sure it is higher than "Instrument" level.
