The 1/4 inch channel switching connector on the ED. Does anyone know what the connections are for channel switching?
I ask becuase I have a new pedal board that has two mono 1/4 inch channel switching jacks that are programmable.
I would like to set them up and wire my own cable with two mono 1/4 inch jacks on one side and the single stereo 1/4 jack on the other so that I can channel switch the ED.
I used My multimeter on the ED footswitch jack, but it doesn't seem to have any contact closures without power applied.
So you basically have the ground the tip and the middle. And you have two seperate things being controled
1. Clean or Overdrive
2. Hi or Lo
Obviously 1 trumps two.
But I figure basically ground to tip controls one of those, and ground to middle controls the other. Atleast that's what I would guess.
Anyone know what does what?
