Duece+Dual Rec=OMFG!

I was checking out the Devin Townsend rig, and found he runs a Duece and Dual Rec at the same time to get his tone. I ran the both heads into the right and left of a 4x12 traditional, with a quadraverb in the loop of the Duece-and was very very impressed. The two sounds at once through the same cab was just magical. Those two heads are going with me everywhere. Anyone ever try that set up?

I run my Ace and Mark IV together all the time now.. killer setup. I imagine the Deuce and DR sound pretty good together too

i would imagine the deuce and DR sound great together. wasn't the deuce made to complement the DR?

I sometimes run my Nomad and Stiletto together.

I have run my Koch with the Stiletto and that was pretty **** cool....

I'm glad you have found your sound!

I am a big believer in dual amp rigs.

I use a Single rec solo 50 and an Orange Rockerverb 50 into a road king 4x12 and get huge tone that has it all, from Ginormous cleans to classic breakup to thunderous bottom end to screaming walls of violins and everything in between.

I also use a Fender pro jr and a Laney LC15R, both 15 watt 1x10 combos, and the solo tones are outstanding.
