Hello! I have a Dual Rec Rev G which i have done the series loop mod on. I'm looking for a multi FX (floor or rack) that when used in the 4 cable method works well with the dual rec. Any users here using this amp with the 4CM? My main concern is tone suck and ground hum - seems like i always have these issues when trying to integrate multi FX with a tube amp. The ability to switch channels on the amp would be nice too - the boss GT-100 looks appealing for this but also considering an HD500. The end goal is to be able to hit one button for each patch that controls everything while still using the amp preamp for dirt and lead tones. $500 range, although midi may be an option at some point.
