I've bought from both Doug and Bob and have no complaints about service from either.

I keep going back to Doug for the variety of brands he carries, and like going to the same doctor for years to develop a good medical history, he knows my rig, playing style and needs well by now.

I prefer the smaller dealer over the big outfits any day.

i call and describe the amp and music tone i want ... he does the rest. he will give you options, but i have 2 sets from him for 2 different amps and he's right on for me.
