Smells like a big STEAMY pile of dog doo to me!

[edit] emailed the seller. Now we wait . . .

Probably legit, minus his requirement for immediate feedback. I wouldn't do it.

Ok, got a response:

Question:
Dear byrdvet865,

Why not simply put the amp up for auction if you want to move it so quickly? Better yet, why not list it locally to avoid ebay and shipping fees. It should be easy to move a piece like that without a histrionic sob story.

Response:
Dear i**t,

If you want it why don't you cough up the money or mind your own business, I was/am sick and need the money to pay bills, otherwise I wouldn't sell this pearl of an amp. By the way this is a true story, go make one of your own.

Forced positive feedback policy. Huge chip on the shoulder. Give me the money NOW and don't ask questions . . . Sounds mighty fishy!!

Auction ended. Someone bought it. Now we wait to see what happens. I'm interested to see the feedback that turns up. If I was the person buying it, I would definitely NOT give feedback until I got the item. This feature is there so that people don't get screwed.

Well, that is understandable given that that guy is a prick. If I had the cash and the desire to buy a Lonestar, I definitely wouldn't have purchased his, no matter what he said.
