Distortion/Crunch

Can the Electra Dyne get distortion that is good for rock -- for example The Used or Green Day. I am not into this type of music, I am just curious as to the Dyne's capabilities. Right now I am torn between the Dyne and the MKV. I have a Roadster, but I want something a bit more articulate and midrangey.

The Dyne gets very saturated!

Not quite Mark V saturation.

I bet it would sound fine for Green Day and The Used.

The only thing it can not do it recto sounding metal tone...

No without a boost out front anyway. With a boost, the sky is the limit.
