diezel herbert Mk1 vs mk2 - 2.5 ??

does anyone know what changes where made other than the point to point/circuit board design, to the herbert......tonal changes? which one sounds better (i know the sounds are only to the beholder) but anyone have opinions ect.?? thanks for the help
