Delay in front of rectoverb

How does it sound when using the red chanel?Will the delay distort?yea im a noob to high gain amps

Havent had the rov yet but non of my boogie amps made a delay sound good before the preamp. the always made it sound goo din the loop.

it distorted the good sounds!

Sorry I dont have much exp with RV's. I have never had delay sound good in front of any amp.

The delay will work fine in front of the amp, but when you change channels it will be pretty much useless on the channel you don't have it set up for. If you're playing distorted, the delay with mimic the distortion fading out, if it's clean it will be a clean delay.

In a perfect world the Delay works best in the loop, but I never really used my ROV's FX loop so I couldn't tell you... but in my Triple and Road King the loop works great for that.

Yea well I just returned my ROV.I am actualy disapointed in Mesa.I mean you pay 1300 dollars at least give me a loop that works
