Time to buy a new amp.
Opportunity to buy either a new Mark V-35 rack or a used Quad Preamp. (I already own a Mesa 20/20 power amp).
Anyone have or have used both? Pros/cons?
I love the tight percussive type of tone. I will also be pairing this with an AXE FX 3 for effects only.
I really only use 2 tones, overdriven and clean.
Both amps same price.
Any advice/experience greatly appreciated.
