DC-3 Trashy Sound

fellas, i'm getting trashy, frying sound coming out of my speaker that doesn't replace the signal but joins it. the louder the more, but i still get it when i don't have it too loud too.

just put all new mesa tubes in it

i haven't checked the headphone output yet but if the trash is not there, probably means i need to get my speaker reconed...

anything else to check?
