Critic my Mark III tone

I like it, but I thought i'd get some opinions on how to make it better. Rate it from 1-10

I say less bass more mid and treble. It's too "woofy" IMHO

I'm not sure how much we're hearing the amp vs. hearing the production. I think it sounds real muted because of the mic choice/placement. What kind of cab/speaker are you running? Any EQ on the recording? The tone is in there, just gotta let it out! Perhaps try cranking up the treble and dropping the bass a little?

It sounds muffled. I know what a Mark III should sound like, and its there. A different recording technique would do your recording more justice. Play with the mic placement a bit. It's amazing how a little movement of a microphone can change the sound dramatically.
