I was at Mesa yesterday and even they don't have the correct tolex. I tried all the recommended sites for tolex and none of the companies seemed to know what was correct for the 84 Boogies. Mesa said it was a Bronco finish and the photos on the sites of "Bronco" finish don't look like the correct stuff.

go to magicparts.com

only problem is you'll have to order through a music store or some business with an account (maybe an amp tech) as magicparts is a wholesaler and does not sell direct to the public.

see:

Black Tolex Fender, Old Style - Tighter grain, glossy finish

I was there and picked up two samples. One is similar but the pattern is too raised. It you could flatten it, it would be about right. I just think that the original tolex in no longer made.

I appreciate all the help. Thanks

I got mine at Mojotone:

i've used this one and for my money it's a match. whatever difference there may be it's pretty hard to tell.
I've compared it side by side with 6 other vintage combos and/ or cabs.
you must have a critical and very discerning eye ;-) :D while it may not be perfect to your eye it's the best match i've found so far.

You are right. That is the closest I have found so far. The patterns are almost identical and is even closer than what Mesa uses now. The original is just flatter (not as three dimensional). If the original isn't available, I am sure the magic parts tolex will be just fine. Thanks for all the help.
