converting mark IV b head into rack

how hard / expensive is it? do most people just send it to mesa? im of course talking petrucci style, having a head and rack gear all in the rackmount together.

go to mesa's site...buy the rackmount kit for 125 bucks...and pull the amp out of
its head shell and slap it in the rackmount. dont forget the fan and reverb tank

Yes, it will fit snugly up against the backside of the front rack rails, but the only way to get it in is if you have no rear rack rails, otherwise I doubt you'll be able to get it in. Also you may have to move the screws that hold the front rack rails to the rack itself so they don't interfere with corner protectors on the front of the amp.
