converted to EL-34'S

just tried el34's again but during a band practice setting..i have to say i am digging to tone..they seem to cut through way better than a 6l6 did..(2 channel recto) i had a new set of groove tubes EL34LS laying around and popped those in.#4 rating. i will be using those for a while. i guess i have just been missing out..lol

no they wont interchange, 84's are smaller and require a different bias.

Less to do with Bias than the fact the EL34 are 8 pins ans 84's are a 9 pins
