confused over marshall 1960a cab

is there a difference between the "marshall 1960a 4x12" cab i always hear talked about on this forum and a "marshall jcm900 1960a 4x12" cab, or are they the same thing?.. i'd appreciate it if someone could fill me in on this because i don't know very much about this kind of stuff .. thank you

Yep, they're the same thing. The JCM900 dessignates that it was made in the 90's, JCM800 in the 80's. The 1960 av/bv have vintage 30 speakers.
