Hey,

I have 2 2x12 vertical Mesa cabs, each is 8 ohms. I've read the manual and it's not clear to me if I need to connect each cab to the 8 ohm output on each channel or the 4 ohm.

Thanks!

If you are using separate channels: one speaker cab per channel @ 8 ohms.
Above is the way to get stereo sound, and considering the equipment you have mentioned, likely the result you are looking for.

If you are using one channel (with the other channel turned off): one cabinet into each 4 ohm tap of the channel you are using.
This way is to preserve tube life, but loses stereo sound.

So just to be sure. If I'm using each cab on different channel for stereo, I plug each cab in the 8 ohm output of each channel?

Thanks!
