So I made this video doing some volunteer work for a Private Investigator (who is a retired police officer) that was friends with a 15 year old girl named Kathy Beatty who was murdered in 1975 near my hometown. He wants to help the mother of this girl, who still lives in the same home find some closure before she passes away. Her mother wants to know why her daughter was taken from her for no apparent reason. The P.I. has a few extremely possible suspects. It is believed that this was done by a group of boys and it appears that there was a rape attempt, but the girl was found the morning after she had disappeared half naked and a deep fractured in her skull that did severe damage to her brain, lying in the woods, which were at the time a hang-out spot for gangs and drug users. Please watch the video and if it's possible that you would know someone who could have known something from what happened in 1975, please have them contact the Investigator. It's a longshot posting on this board, but maybe there's that one person here who could help.
