Clicking sound on 5:50

I'm hearing a constant clicking sound coming from my 5:50 at a regular intervals of about a second. I hear it whether in 5 or 50 watt modes. It is still under warranty. Does anyone know what is going on? Could it be a cap?

Sounds like one of your power tubes reaching end of life. Really, any of the tubes can do that, but the power tubes are under a lot of thermal stress and most likely to do so.

After 10 months of playing my 5:25 for about 2 hours a day I noticed a faint pop or click that occured every 5 to 10 seconds when not playing. A month later the pops were a little louder and more frequent. I replaced the power tubes and have not had any more poping.
