Maybe someone can help me with my clean channel problem?
My MkIV sounds great on crunch and lead - seismically loud - but my clean channel level is way down. I can actually put it on 10 10 10 in my living room and it's just kind of loud - not gut wrenchingly neighbour scaringly cat frighteningly deafening. No headroom.
My pre amp valves seem to be fine - I've swapped them all in turn with a new replacement.
Power on channels 2 and three seems to be fine.
Any ideas? Please ? :?: :?:
