cheap back up foot switch for MKIV?

I was looking at the Boss FS-6 Footswitch $49 it looks like this would work with my MKIV as a back up and also when I don't have a lot of floor space. anyone use this one?

Although I don't use any (I switch channels on my DC5 via midi/effect switcher) that's what I would use. I keep a couple in my gig bag just in case my rig would go down. They're clean and quiet, nice LED and versitile.
