Channel switching on the Mini Rectifier

can anyone confirm or deny: is it possible to do the channel switching with any switch or something like the G-LAB, or do you need the original footswitch ?

I know it's not working with the Big Rectifiers, but I think it's ok with the smaller one ?!

I've used the relays in a G System successfully, though there is some switching delay. I've used an Amp Gizmo with perfect results.
