Channel Switch Mini Rec with TC G Major 2

Hi

I am thinking of changing my pedalboard to be based around the TC Electronics G Major 2 in the Mini Rectifiers Loop. I wonder if anyone has experience with the G Major switching amp channels via one of its switching relays ?

I'm not terribly familiar with the Mini, but if the only thing you want to do is switch the channels like the included footswitch (ch 1/2), it will work. If the footswitch jack is stereo to switch two functions and the Mini has a common ground like the DR, Roadster, and Roadking, there could be some problems. After reviewing the MB website though, I don't think that is the case.
