yep i tried all options but my insides tell me it may be a relay of some sort!

Could be rectifier tube, if you have it set on tube. Happened to me a couple weeks ago. If you switch that channel to diode and it works normally, there ya go.

A few months back, I was having issues running a delay in the loop but nothing like you are experiencing.
